Quit Smoking – that’s the simple message. Countless smokers go to an early grave, often bringing non-smoker loved ones with them -- second-hand smoke is just as deleterious. Ways to quit smoking are numerous: patches, gums, hypnosis, programs, and even cold turkeys. Chances are, at least one “stop smoking product” will do the trick. In the final analysis, it would be better to try them all and fail than to not try at all.
